WAYNE MARSH CULLER, 68 of Bel Air, MD, passed peacefully on Friday, April 19, 2024 in his home surrounded by his family. Born on December 30, 1955 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the only child of the late Anna Lee (Rexrode) Culler and Ralph Marsh Culler.

Wayne was a 1973 graduate of Aberdeen High School and had worked for the former American Cyanamid Company that became SciTech Engineering Services of Havre de Grace, MD. He retired in May 2019 with over 40 years of service. Wayne was a devoted fan of the Baltimore Orioles for decades and hardly ever missed watching or attending a game. He loved music especially the Eagles and Jimmy Buffet. He was a regular at Naughty Dogs formerly Bull on the Beach in Churchville where he enjoyed watching sports and the company of numerous friends.

Known as "Wayne-O" to many, he was a friend to everyone. In his Chesterfield Square community, he was titled "The Mayor" where he was always hosting friends over or to be there in times of need. His smile was contagious and his heart brought light and happiness to everyone he met.

One of the most generous, Wayne took a girl under his wing and cared for her when her mother was sick and then passed. Sarah, the kid he chose, was the light of his life. Affectionately called "The Big Guy", he will be missed.

Services will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Delta, PA with a viewing from 3-5 p.m. followed immediately with the funeral service. Pastor Stephen E. Smith of Lighthouse Church will officiate. A private interment will be held where he will be laid to rest next to his mother.
