W. CLIFTON "Bud" TAYLOR, age 71 years, of Delta, PA died on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. He was the husband of Brenda M. (Carlin) Taylor with whom he had shared 52 years of marriage.

Born on August 1, 1940 in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late Walter Clifton and Anna Elizabeth (Wheately) Taylor. Mr. Taylor had worked as a sheet metal fabricator for M. Nelson Barnes Mechanical Contractors in Cockeysville, MD for over 20 years, retiring in 2004. He later worked for 7 years at American Cyanamid in Havre de Grace, MD and also as the owner and operator of his dump truck business known as Taylor & Son Hauling.

Mr. Taylor was known for the Christmas train garden display he created in his home during the holiday season, enjoyed vegetable gardening, feeding birds, crafts and working on cars and his tractors.

Four grandchildren- Brandon, Ashley, Emily and Jordan Taylor

He was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Moore and a brother, Michael Taylor.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta PA where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in Slate Ridge Cemetery, Delta, PA.
