WILLIAM ALLEN MILLER, 60 years of Darlington, MD, died on Sunday October 18, 2020 in Havre de Grace, MD. Known as "Bill," he was born on January 21, 1960 in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Blane Howard and Marguerite Ann (Steltz) Miller and was a graduate of North Harford High School.

Bill was a loving brother in a family of ten children where there was always someone to be with. He enjoyed family times and had worked as a tree trimmer after high school.
