WILLIAM JAMES MILLER, age 48 years, of Darlington, Maryland died on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland.

Born on June 29, 1962 in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of Ruby S. (Wagoner) Poole of Darlington and the late Thomas O. Poole. A graduate of the John Archer School in Bel Air, Maryland, Billy, as he was known to family and friends, was employed by Roy Rogers Restaurant on I-95 since 1986. For the past 5 years, in addition to Roy Rogers, he also worked at Rite Aid Corporation in Riverside. He was a very likeable and honest person who enjoyed following football and attending Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church in Street, Maryland.

A sister, Ruth Holmes of Whiteford, Maryland

Two brothers-

Allen Poole and Bill Poole, both of Darlington, Maryland.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service.

Interment will be in Dublin Southern Cemetery, Darlington, Maryland.
