WILLIAM SCOTT BROWN, age 55 years, of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania died on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 3:50 AM at the York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Brown was born on March 16, 1950 in Baltimore, Maryland; a son of William Harold and Delilah M. (Scott) Brown of Delta, Pennsylvania. He was a lifetime resident of York County, Pennsylvania. William was a 1967 graduate of York County Training Center of Lower Chanceford Township in Airville, Pennsylvania. He worked on the family dairy farm as well as for the Pen-Mar Corporation for many years. He was very active in the York County Special Olympics competing in track and field events where he had achieved many awards and honors. He attended the Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by:

A brother-Stephen H. Brown of Delta, Pennsylvania

A sister-Beverly Ann Simmons of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania

Two loving nieces, two nephews, and two great nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, Pennsylvania with Reverend Dr. Douglas Winward of the Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church presiding.

Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the funeral service from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Fawn Grove Cemetery-the Quaker Section in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania.
