Zoe Ann Johnson-Cooper, 61, of Delta, PA died at home on Sunday, July 31, 2022. She was born to the late Millard Tydings and Margaret Alta Johnson in Baltimore, MD. She was married to William Kenneth Cooper on January 30, 1988 until his death in 2007.

Zoe graduated from Overlea Senior High School in 1978. She worked as a radiological technician, a job which she thoroughly enjoyed, at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore. In 2005, Zoe earned her certification as an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteered in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, as an EMT. Later, she returned to the Community College of Baltimore County and earned her Associate of Arts degree, with Cum Laude honors, in 2012.

Zoe will be remembered for her love of life and her willingness to help others, as exemplified by the hundreds of masks she made for others during the pandemic. Zoe was an active member of the local chapter of the Pennsylvania Jeep Owners Club. She enjoyed traveling to visit family and friends at Quirky Towers in West Virginia.

Zoe is survived by her brother Richard Johnson and his wife Elizabeth, of Alum Bridge, WV. She is also survived by step-daughter Nicole Neale, boyfriend Wayne Fish and many others who will mourn her loss.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
