Message: Having recently lost my Dad, I now and then look at the obituaries and was so very saddened to see Jewels. Such a happy girl from the first time I met her while staying with Sandy. Having married and getting older of course we all go our own way but never forget our childhood but every now and then Jewel and her Mom would come to my job for seeds for the garden. Always a big smile and I always remember her calling me Jeannie Day rather than just Jeannie. Such a brite smile will always shine down upon us as her heart was always full of laughter and joy. Just as her name, she was a Jewel and I for one will always remember her. I hope for the family you celebrate her life because thats exactly what I remember. Jewel was full of life and I cant help but smile as I sit here writing about her. Let her smile become yours as you keep her in your heart and remember her with each sunrise. Message: Jewel was an absolute sweetheart and we are blessed to have known her. We went to elementary school together and hadn't seen each other for years. Even so, when we met again, it was only like a few days of being apart. She was so very sweet and always had a lovely smile and genuine way of always being friendly. We will miss her very much here on earth but looking forward to a wonderful reunion in the our great eternal home forever.
