GEORGIA L. THOMPSON, age 66 years, died on Monday, July 29, 2013 in her home in Whiteford, MD. She was the wife of Hubert R. Thompson with whom she had shared 40 years of marriage.

Born on February 10, 1947 in Gold Medal, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Garvie and Ertie (Privette) Cochran. She was a homemaker and treasured time with her family.

Megan Beale, Christopher Fuller, Sammy Beale, Joshua Thompson, Brandon Thompson, Cody Thompson and Alyssa Thompson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harkins Funeral Home, 600 Main Street, Delta, PA where the funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Dublin Southern Cemetery, Darlington, MD.

Pastor Randall D. Williams of Trappe Missionary Baptist Church will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Dewey Fuller, Christopher Fuller, Sammy Beale, Ronnie Thompson, Mickie Thompson and Brandon Thompson.
