Karen, it was so special getting to know you and your Mom better while we spent so many hours at Barbara Egan together. Her smile and upbeat attitude always amazed me. She never complained. What a fun lady, you both have really touched my heart. Too many memories to type! Some that stick out, bird watching, (especially Cardinals), She would always watch me during school hours when I stayed some sick. Watching her and Pop Pop play cards, never understood that game they always played. Swinging on the swing in her backyard on Chestnut St. She always made me the best sandwiches for lunch, cut into perfect triangles. I will miss her dearly.
