Joe and i worked together at peach bottom power plant, and he put a pool up for me to ,what a blast that was he was always smiling and was a lots of fun to work with, everyone called him oak tree because of his size, I knew his Mom and Dad for many many years. One thing for sure the Starr family has had it share of heart ache .Rest in peace Joe and may the family have peace at this time in their life God bless you all.
Words cannot be formed from the tips of my fingers Nor can be transferred from thought to mouth yet there is so much significance to what I am feeling that I do not know where to begin my thoughts on our beloved Joseph L Starr, Yet I do know that wherever there is darkness there is an incandescent light.. A ray of sun that will forever burn within our hearts. Despite all of his ailments that he was so unfortunately stricken with he was very blessed with the strength to be able to push through and enjoy the gift we call life to his full potential, enjoying life with his family and dearest of friends. I Love you always and forever
"You have a heart of gold, Nothing has ever taken that from you"
