We are all extremely saddened by the news that Joe had passed. Joe always had a smile on his face and We will miss our talks as we would pass each other out here on the golf course. We will all truly miss you and will be praying for your family.
RIP my friend. I worked with Joe in the 70's and 80's at Peach Bottom, he always had a smile on his face and time to talk. Heaven is a better place now.
