Although we didnt know Ed that well, the great appreciation that his son Brian had for him speaks volumes. Brian we know you have the utmost respect and love for your Dad and that showed many times, as it does now. Know that when we did see your Dad and spoke your name, a smile came to his face. That smile was full of pride that a father has for his son. Its hard to not have that person just a phone call away but your Dad is just a smile away. No longer in pain or fear he may now rest, as you should now too knowing he knew just how much you loved and cared for him. Now, you must build your life and care for your family the way he cared for you. No doubt you are handling that task well. Carry on his kind word and his love for family and always know he is there right beside you. You will again hear his voice, and you will again feel his love from this day onward. Hold all memories close to your heart as Ray and I know that he passed holding you so close to his. He now is resting with no pain, no fears and smiling at the great job he just accomplished....you! We are always just a short drive away and always glad to call you friend. Please accept our sympathy.
We have been so very lucky to have known Ed for so many years.
Everywhere we look we see things that he has painted or fixed for all of us. We certainly will miss this very good friend. Our deepest sympathy to all his loved ones.
Thank you Ed for everything you have done for me and my family.Thank you for your wisdom and all the laughter. You will be truely missed!God bless you.
Grandad, I was so blessed to call you Grandad. You once said you were proud to call me granddaughter, well I'm the one proud to say you were my grandfather! Life seems really hard and sad without you here, but I know you're in a better place now and you're no longer suffering or in pain. I just wish I could talk to you one more time and say I love you, but it's comforting knowing I have you smiling down on me as a guardian angel. I love you!
