I used to attend Dublin Methodist Church when I lived in Harford Co. and I remember seeing Bill and his fabulous car on Sundays. I also worked at the US Army Ordnance & Training Center when Bill was there and was glad to see a familiar face. Bill will be missed and my condolences go to his family and friends.
