I found this while searching for my long lost bestie, Rebecca. I knew the Butlers many years ago and loved all of them. Ms. Jocelyn was a treasure to her family, friends and everyone who knew her. This is such a wonderful tribute to a very special lady<3
Mrs. Butler will live forever in my memory. She has a permanent place in the very heart of my childhood. I can scarcely remember a day during the Laurel years when I wasn't at the Butler's house. It was always easy to be in her company, she made it that way because she was warm. She also laughed at my jokes. She'd asked me questions but not because she was being nosy - but because she actually wanted to know me. I grew to love and admire her. On March 11th, we lost a woman of substance. She was elegant, with an easy grace and a great sense of humor. She was utterly devoted to her family and she honored them every day. My thoughts and prayers are with Rebecca, Julie, John, Bill and Harriotte. See you soon - God Bless.

Your family continues to be in my thoughts and prayers. Based on the way Bill's face would light up each and every time he talked about his mother I have no doubt that she was a wonderful person.
