We light a candle to celebrate Linda's life. She was indeed a light to those who knew her as she battled the conditions that physically limited her in recent years. But she was also a spiritual light in the trust she put in the God who walked with her each day of her life. She never gave up and strove to do the best she could despite the limitations she encountered. We are sorry we are unable to attend either the visitation or the funeral service. The potential for threatening weather tonight will keep us off the roads and Tuesday is filled with appointments difficult to reschedule. But our hearts go out to all of you and we pray that you will feel the presence of a loving and comforting God. Jean and Jack Maisch
No matter what challenges in life my cousin had to face, she always met them head on with her fighting spirit and that wonderful smile. Although Debbie only knew her for a short time she was amazed at Linda’s inner strength. We will never forget her and her amazing spirit.
