Zoroastrians believe that when a loved one passes, that person becomes a Faresta (Angel) in Paradise, where Kristina will surely reside. As our Angel, she will always look after her husband Mark's well being and guide us all toward good thoughts, good words and good deeds. Kristina was loved by many of us and left a legacy of great courage, good humor and undying love for our son Mark.

It was a pleasure to know her and experience the light of her personality. I'll always be grateful for the humor and love she graced us with. I'm most grateful for the life and love she shared with Mark. Her loss is tragic, but I console myself with the absolute certainty that she is in a better place where someday she will again be surrounded by loved ones she has temporarily left behind.
