Those we love

Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one’s gone. Those we love can never be more that a thought apart. For as long there is a memory, they’ll live on in our hearts. - Author Unknown Uncle Rodger...as sitting here just getting the news about loosing you my heart aches...you meant so much to me . Over the years we loose touch with ones we love , that's just how life is ,we sometimes get so lost with our spouses and children life passes by. Even though we haven't seen each other in sometime the memories I hold of you are near and dear to my heart . You were always my favorite uncle. When I was a child I loved watching you and dad working on the house , how you would always joke around and make us laugh. The attic in mom and dads house all the hippie flowers you painted all over the ceilings...I thought that was the coolest , you were the coolest . I am sorry I didn't get the opportunity to see you last time you came up but know I love you Uncle Rodger and you will truly be missed. Say hello to dad for me ~ Roxanne
